The Jewish Cardinal

Aaron Jean-Marie Cardinal Lustiger (1926-2007) was the Catholic Archbishop of Paris from 1981 to 2005. He was also a proud Jew whose mother perished at Auschwitz. His epitaph begins this way: "I was born Jewish. I received the name of my paternal grandfather, Aaron. Having become Christian by faith and by Baptism, I have remained Jewish as did the Apostles."

In our January webinar Fr. Etienne Vető shares with us about the life of Cardinal Lustiger, whom he knew well as a family friend. The webinar also features Dr. Matthew Friedman who shares about his own journey of faith as a Jewish disciple of Jesus.
